The Sixth First Membership Conference of Quxi Street Chamber of Commerce was convened

On December 30, the Chamber of Commerce and Commerce of Quxi Street in Ouhai District held a six-session general meeting to review and summarize its achievements over the past five years, and to study and deploy its future tasks. Since the Fifth Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Quxi, efforts have been made to consolidate the foundation of the Chamber of Commerce, and actively improve various Chamber of Commerce systems, such as membership fee revenue and expenditure, annual assessment and so on, to ensure the smooth development of the work of the Chamber of Commerce. At the same time, we should actively organize outgoing visits and carry out various activities such as Mid-Autumn Tea Fair and New Year Festival Friendship to strengthen members'communication and exchanges. The Chamber of Commerce has also made great efforts to play its role as a bridge and guide its members to participate in politics and deliberations. In recent years, it has recommended two non-public economic representatives from Quxi Street to be elected as deputies to the Eighth National People's Congress, one deputy to the Ninth National People's Congress and six members of the CPPCC. In guiding members to participate in public welfare, the Chamber of Commerce actively mobilized members to participate in activities such as "I want to realize my dream of university", "charity donation on a day" and "five waters co-governance". Since 2011, it has also set up awards and fellowships to commend outstanding teachers and students in the streets. In addition, the Chamber of Commerce donated 55,000 yuan of prizes and fellowships to Quxi Central School.

Xie Dong affirmed the achievements of the Chamber of Commerce in the past year. He said that in the past five years, the Chamber of Commerce has made great achievements in system building, government-enterprise exchanges and charitable public welfare activities. On the future development of Quxi Chamber of Commerce, he asked members of the Chamber of Commerce to be good "intermediaries" of government-enterprise cooperation, to have a thorough understanding of the situation of enterprises, to guide enterprises to strengthen industry self-discipline, and to prevent vicious competition in the industry. And the Chamber of Commerce should serve as the "mother's family" of enterprises. In the current economic situation, the Chamber of Commerce should effectively represent and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of industry and members, transmit policy information, build various platforms, and create good conditions for the development of member enterprises. The Chamber of Commerce should also strengthen its leadership and strive to build a service brand. It should focus on "abiding by the law, honesty and confidence", deepen the educational practice of ideals and beliefs, improve the standardization construction and mediation mechanism of the Chamber of Commerce, and promote the work of the Chamber of Commerce to a new level.

Zhong Peikang congratulated the convening of the conference. He said that the current economic environment in China is in a new normal state, and entrepreneurs should distinguish the situation and make progress steadily and against the trend. He introduced the development goals of Quxi Street to the entrepreneurs participating in the meeting. At present, the goal of Quxi Street is to build a small town with provincial characteristics - Leather town. Five core blocks should be well constructed, rules within the leather industry should be formulated, and "ecological leather" should be well done, so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of the traditional industry of Quxi, namely, leather industry, and create new ones. Brilliant. At the same time, the Chamber of Commerce should actively guide its members to devote themselves to social charity and public welfare.
