On the morning of February 4, Huang Dekang, the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of the Municipal Party Committee, led the Special Supervision Group of Safety in Production to inspect and guide the fire safety and safety in production in Ouhai District. In 2009, Ouhai District, in accordance with the unified deployment of its superiors, organized and carried out the "Year of Safety Production" activities in an all-round way, earnestly grasped the responsibility implementation, hidden danger investigation, special management, publicity and education and other aspects, effectively reduced the occurrence of accidents, and effectively maintained the sustained stability of fire safety and safety production situation. In 2009, a total of 33 866 hidden dangers were rectified and corrected, 118 cases were filed, 125,000 personnel of various types were organized for safety training, and 672 grids were divided into the whole region, with 705 cadres implemented in the grid.
